Problem Description

Background

Senior citizens are particularly vulnerable to cyber frauds such as phishing, OTP scams, fake investment schemes, and identity theft, along with physical risks like medical emergencies and isolation.

Existing systems do not adequately combine cyber fraud prevention, emergency response, and welfare monitoring into a unified platform.

The Cyber Crime Branch, Ahmedabad City, seeks a system that ensures digital trust, financial safety, and physical well-being for senior citizens.

Problem Statement

Design and develop a Cyber-Aware Safety and Welfare Platform for Senior Citizens that integrates emergency response, cyber fraud prevention, and continuous welfare monitoring.

The platform should allow seniors to report fraud attempts, receive real-time scam alerts, and connect directly with law enforcement and family members. It should also support medical alerts and routine well-being checks.
