Senior Web Developer

Application Development & Architecture

• Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance web applications using Angular and React

• Build responsive, mobile-first user interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)

• Architect front-end solutions considering scalability, maintainability, and performance

• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate front-end applications with backend services

• Implement server-side logic and database interactions for full-stack development

• Create reusable components, libraries, and frameworks for efficient development

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility

Code Quality & Best Practices

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry standards

• Implement proper code organization, design patterns, and architectural principles

• Follow coding conventions, naming standards, and version control best practices

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards across the team

• Implement automated testing (unit tests, integration tests) for robust applications

• Optimize code for performance, security, and scalability

• Refactor legacy code and improve existing codebases

Server-Side Development & Integration

• Develop server-side applications using Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar technologies

• Design and implement database schemas, queries, and optimization strategies

• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)

• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices

• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services

• Handle server deployment, configuration, and maintenance tasks

• Implement caching strategies and optimize server performance

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

• Review code, provide constructive feedback, and share best practices

• Lead technical discussions and architecture planning sessions

• Research and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks

• Create technical documentation, coding guidelines, and standards

• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide solutions

Project Management & Collaboration

• Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to understand requirements

• Break down complex requirements into technical tasks and timelines

• Estimate development efforts and plan project sprints

• Participate in agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)

• Communicate technical constraints and solutions to non-technical stakeholders

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

• Stay updated with latest web development trends, frameworks, and best practices

• Experiment with new technologies and evaluate their applicability

• Identify and implement process improvements for development efficiency

• Contribute to building reusable code libraries and internal tools

• Optimize development workflows and automation

• Share knowledge through documentation, presentations, or tech talks

• Angular: Strong expertise in developing enterprise-level applications using Angular (Angular 12+), including components, services, directives, routing, state management (NgRx), and RxJS

• React: Proficient in building dynamic user interfaces with React, including hooks, context API, Redux/state management, React Router, and component lifecycle

• HTML5: Advanced knowledge of semantic HTML5, accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO best practices, and modern markup techniques

• Good Logical Thinking: Strong problem-solving abilities, algorithmic thinking, and capability to design efficient solutions for complex business requirements

• Aware of Good Coding Formats: Deep understanding of clean code principles, design patterns (MVC, MVVM, Singleton, Factory, etc.), SOLID principles, DRY, KISS concepts, and code maintainability

• Server-Side Knowledge: Solid understanding of server-side technologies, backend development, database management, API development, server architecture, and deployment processes

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field

• Master's degree or relevant certifications are advantageous

• Certifications in Angular, React, AWS, or other relevant technologies are a plus

Experience

• 4-7 years of professional web development experience

• Proven track record of building complex, scalable web applications

• Experience with both Angular and React in production environments

• Strong portfolio demonstrating full-stack development capabilities

• Experience in an agency environment or with multiple client projects is preferred

• Experience leading small teams or mentoring junior developers

Technical Proficiency

Frontend (Expert Level):

• Angular (12+), React (16.8+)

• HTML5, CSS3, Sass/SCSS, CSS-in-JS

• JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript

• Responsive design, mobile-first approach

• State management (NgRx, Redux, Context API)

• Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn

Backend (Strong Knowledge):
