Dr. Manjula Pooja Shroff

Dr. Manjula Pooja Shroff is an educationist, author, columnist, life coach, and edupreneur who has influenced over 1,90,000 students across 80+ institutions over three decades. An alumna of IIM and the London School of Economics, she founded Kalorex in 1995, now home to Delhi Public Schools and Kalorex Future Schools across Western India, recognised for its focus on innovation and technology-driven learning.

A regular speaker at United Nations summits on education and climate change, she has represented India at global platforms including the World Economic Forum in Davos, the ACUNS Conference in Nairobi, and ACE Australia. She is also deeply committed to holistic wellbeing through SHROFFism and is the author of the bestselling parenting book Baby Steps to Big Dreams. Her contributions have been recognised with several honours, including the Secular India Award from the President of India.

She is currently associated with Kevalam Foundation. Through Senores Foundation, Dr. Shroff looks forward to continuing her work in education and child welfare.
