Ashok Barot

Ashok Barot is a distinguished entrepreneur, philanthropist and social leader. He was honoured with the Nirmal Gram Puraskar by the President of India for transforming his village into a model of sanitation and development. He personally funded a Government School in Kanchanpur and founded the Aviraj Charitable Foundation in 2024 to advance education, healthcare, and welfare initiatives.

His continued focus areas include girls' education, women's empowerment, and rural development, alongside a vision to establish Day Care and Knowledge Centers where senior citizens can mentor the next generation. He has served as a village Sarpanch for 30 years and as the President of the Rotary Club of Mehsana during its Golden Jubilee Year.

He remains deeply committed to children's welfare initiatives and would carry forward the same spirit of grassroots impact into the Foundation's work.
